I had arranged to collect my new car and have the exciting reveal. My partner took time off work to drive me to the BMW dealership. After the reveal I was informed the car wasn't ready for me to drive it away. Not impressed.

I dropped one star as there was a problem with the GuardX application and the vehicle had to be returned for reapplication a couple of times. That was frustrating. However, the service was good despite this mishap

Very good experience with BMW. Adnan Yasin from the beginning gave all the details of the vehicle and go beyond and suggested lot of features to configure in the vehicle. Throughout the purchase he kept me informed and supportive of financial aspects

As above, I was told I'd be sent a report of the findings to take to the dealer I purchased car from but after 2 weeks of chasing still got nothing, the visit cost me almost £600 and no progress was made.

At the end of day one, someone was supposed to call me with an update on my vehicle. No one called. It messed up my schedule at the back end of the day. Very unprofessional.

Was not informed my car was ready for collection after service. Had to call 3 times at 5pm before being told car was ready so had to rush to get to BMW before closing. Invoice was presented with higher price then given at point of booking. No apology
